February 19, 2010
We’ve decided to combine our regular Folksy finds post with Folksy Friday! – a day where you recommend great sellers on Folksy. This months finds include bottom balm for babies and a novelty soap moulds.
BOURBON shaped silcone mould

“This mould is made from the highest quality slicone rubber and makes BOURBON shapes (6). You can use plaster, soap or resin”.
Biscuit Soap Set – Oreo, jammy dodger, custard cream & bourbon- yummy fun food soap- suitable for sensitive skin
By Bits N Bobs

“These are made using an SLS-free base so are suitable for sensitive skin. The chocolate biscuits contain coco butter, and the lighter ones contain goats milk- for some super moisturising goodness! Don’t expect a huge lather with these soaps as I omit the nasty chemicals that irritate and dry out your skin just for the sake of a few bubbles! However, they still leave your skin feeling wonderfully clean and soft”.
Rose Geranium natural handmade soap
By SoapAroma

“By combining rose geranium with the exotic ylang–ylang this soap has a luxurious floral scent. Also called my ‘Happy Mama Soap’, the oils are designed to relieve anxiety, lift the spirits and soothe the body. This soap is delicately coloured with a madder root (herb) infusion to give a subtle pink tone and is decorated with red rose petals”.
Soap saver and soap
By Moocow

“You know those little slivers of that gorgeous hand made soap that are so tiny you’ll lose them down the plughole? Now you can use them till they’re GONE with this clever little soap saver. Hand knitted in pure soft cotton in a variegated sage green and cream and with a pull-close top, you bung the little pieces of soap in, pull the top tight, and never have to throw away the last little bits ever again! As a bonus, they double up as a scrubbie for your skin”.
