Vitality Show 2009

I’ve recently booked a couple of tickets to the 10th anniversary Vitality Show – the UK’s largest health and wellbeing show.
It runs from 26th-29th March at Earls Court 2, London and Amanda and I will be popping along on the 28th to see what it has to offer.
