I’d been using the Apple Moisturiser morning and night for a couple of weeks. At first I was a little disappointed because I hadn’t noticed a change in my skins condition. New products usually make my skin feels amazing straight away and then it settles back to normal, but I didn’t get that this time.

However, after about 4-5 weeks my skin started to feel more hydrated. I have dry/sensitive skin so it can become really dry very quickly, especially when the weather changes. Even though we’ve had a couple of cold snaps my skin didn’t dry out at all and it didn’t need any extra nourishment. I usually ‘top up’ my skin with Trilogy’s Organic Rosehip Oil but I haven’t needed to do that in weeks. Although my skin stayed soft, the biggest benefit for me was that I didn’t get any dry ‘break outs’.

The only real gripe I have with this product is it’s packaging. The pump has a tendency to propel cream out of the tube – I managed to squirt cream all over my cat in one instance!

Also, the pump dispenser doesn’t quite reach the cream at the bottom of the tube  – which is a bit wasteful and I think this works out to be around £5 worth of cream.

£35 for 50ml is quite alot of money for a moisturiser – especially if you are looking to buy other products to form a skincare routine. I liked the product but I feel it lacked a bit of the luxuriousness a £35 product should have.

Overall, this is a fantastic product for maintaining hydration, particularly for dry skin. The only factor that would influence my purchase of this product is the price.
